During the Spring of 2011, she led a seven-week wellness program for the third grade classes at Buchanan Elementary School, which has a partnership with her church . The course was broken down in two categories – fitness and nutrition – to help children understand that being active and eating well are equally important in maintaining good health and staying fit.
Rosemary lives a healthy lifestyle by eating clean foods and exercising 5-6 days per week. She enjoys training for triathlons and 10K races, lifting weights, playing tennis, outdoor cycling, spinning, running, swimming, walking, cooking, singing and traveling the world. Rosemary completed her first triathlon in Hawaii with her husband on their first anniversary (May 1, 2010). She got the triathlon "bug" and has since completed other races.
Rosemary strives to educate herself on the latest breakthroughs in wellness. She firmly believes that our bodies are our temples, and practices what she preaches. Rosemary is dedicated to God and her church. Her faith is very important to her and she feels blessed that God has given her this opportunity. Rosemary is a proud mother as of October 6, 2011 when she gave birth to their first baby. She looks forward to being a healthy role model for their son.
